Ingredients
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
Directions
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. Grease or paper-line muffin cups.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a small bowl until blended; stir mixture into dry ingredients until moistened. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups, filling almost full.
- Bake 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool 10 minutes on wire racks. Serve warm or cool completely. Makes 18 muffins

These look so pretty and delicious to! I don't have a cape cod (I love that style of house). We have a split level, that neither of us are crazy about, but the price was right and it is in a good school district. In 3 years our youngest will be in college and we will have more of a choice of where to live. Thanks for the recipe!

ReplyDeleteLaura, thank you for sharing this delicious looking recipe for strawberry muffins at Your Cozy Home Party. We just bought 4 boxes of the most delicious fresh strawberries at a nearby farm. I need to make these muffins tomorrow. I always add oats to my muffins just to give a little extra nutrition so I'm glad to see yours have oats in them. It's very nice to have you join the party.
